When you try to load the Best Buy site, an error similar to this one is given:
Access DeniedAccording to BestBuy forums, however, their technicians are working on the problem 24/7. It's a bit weird that they haven't managed to bring the service up in all this time, but I guess downtimes happen even for the biggest sites.

But from US IP-addresses it works fine!
They blocked only overseas users only!
probably they dont give customer rewards which are expired over end of december!
proxy through a US proxy or anonymity service.

That works here in Brazil but the http site is still "access denied".
Maybe they ran into some kind of problem or delay in verifying non-US credit cards so they temporarily blocked non-US IP addresses?
